The fact that as an applicant you cannot talk to a man, or get the confirmation properly makes the stie unreliable and raises questions whether the jobs are bachelor and no information how to contact the advertiser.
Very poor service for the bidder, and of business organization the number of jobs which actually exercise not exist.

Terrible website , keeps going down , can't get access to log in . Virtually impossible to get any customer support. Currently on a three day await . No telephone service . Charged me around £200 for 1-2 UK job offer in 8 days campaigning. On request for the money back company's plea is 'they charge per click'. While my complaint is under investigation with Indeed I'd similar to introduce the new customers how indeed accuse (what I was being told by the representative). While sponsoring the job, the company's merits was 5-vii job offer per twenty-four hour period. On request about the claim company's plea is 'it was just an estimate'.
The model is designed to accuse not for the issue but for viewability of your post. Indeed needs to understand nosotros are not advertising in their website, we come to you lot for a purpose. A profound waste of time and coin
I posted a chore on Indeed afterward clearly and explicitly stating I wanted to trial the service for costless, and even answering a question about why I needed to post a job for free. We are a pocket-sized, startup looking for our first salesperson and need to conserve our money.
I posted the job, hoping to get a few quality candidates, simply was immediately flooded with candidates who were nowhere near what we needed. The 1 candidate fifty-fifty remotely close to meeting our qualifications turned out to have recently gotten out of prison. I accept no trouble with someone trying to rehabilitate themselves, but was shocked it didn't come out in whatever automatic interview they put candidates through.
And, afterward all of this, I just found out we were charged about $1,000. For what? Not a single quality candidate. Y'all could say caveat emptor, that nosotros didn't read the fine impress well enough to understand how they charged. But as someone who designs software interfaces for a living, information technology's clear that they obfuscate on that front so people give them their credit card info and they go ahead and charge away. At no indicate in the onboarding process was it fabricated clear to me the financial implications of posting a job, nor how they charge for a supposedly gratuitous trial service.
I plan on disputing these charges, equally I don't consider this fair or transparent business practices. I am shocked, as someone who runs multiple small businesses, that they've managed to operate in this way for so long without having to brand their onboarding / budgeting process clearer.
We're nowhere closer to finding a good candidate, and are $i,000 poorer for our efforts. Not good.

Indeed is a Waste matter of Time
Indeed seems to be a huge waste of fourth dimension. I have probably had hundreds of rejections and very few interviews. The interviews I take had did not plow into job offers. The site makes too much money from people trying to get work. They need to finish promising what they can't deliver. Besides, their "assessment tests" do not aid anyone become a job.
